On Saturday, Fernando Josué Gálvez Manzano, was caught by surveillance cameras robbing a woman in the colony Miramonte, San Salvador.
Our Police initiated an immediate follow-up and managed to locate him. He was caught in the act and now he will face justice.
No one argues that this criminal has human rights, of course he does.
What surprises me is that no NGO, nor politicians, nor international agencies ever care about the human rights of the woman you assault, but always jump to defend those of the offender: that if not given chicken and meat in prison, that if not gives him a chance to go free to assault again, that why is he not allowed to be free during the trial.
For what ?. To hurt more innocent women?.
Why? Why do they defend the human rights of the perpetrator and not the victims? What's the point?
