Telegram is rebuilding itself. And apparently not into a messenger 💌

The July 14 update did what had been years in the making. The whole funnel now fits inside Telegram: ad ➡️ bot ➡️ a full long-read with tables and media. All in one place.

What they just dropped
⬇️

1️⃣ Rich text editor
Posts now support:
🔸 headings;
🔸 tables;
🔸 lists;
🔸 quotes;
🔸 formulas and code blocks;
🔸 photos and videos right inside the text, between paragraphs;
🔸 up to 32,768 characters in a single message.

2️⃣ AI right in the editor
You can generate text, a table or a formula without leaving the input field. It runs on Cocoon — with privacy in mind.

3️⃣ One thing to keep in mind
The editor is only available with Telegram Premium. Without a subscription, you get the same good old formatting.

4️⃣ Communities
Channels, groups and bots can now be linked into a single community. Members see the other chats and join instantly, no invite links needed. In your chat list it's one row that expands. If you run several channels, you no longer have to explain to your audience every time that a second one exists.
One more nice touch: bots can now send messages in a group that only one person sees, and GIF search got faster and more private.

Previously Telegram was the top of the funnel. Now it can be the whole funnel ❤️

Half the world now fits in one account 🚀

Still hearing that "Telegram Ads is a CIS thing"? Time to update your map. The platform has opened up half the world: Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East. We've collected every geo available in Euro accounts right now and sorted them by cost of entry. The higher a country sits on the list, the less you pay for the same volume of impressions ⬇️

🇮🇳 India
🇮🇩 Indonesia
🇧🇩 Bangladesh
🇵🇰 Pakistan
🇪🇬 Egypt
🇪🇹 Ethiopia
🇩🇿 Algeria
🇰🇪 Kenya
🇬🇭 Ghana
🇹🇳 Tunisia
🇴🇲 Oman

🇪🇨 Ecuador
🇧🇴 Bolivia
🇺🇾 Uruguay
🇵🇾 Paraguay

🇮🇶 Iraq
🇹🇷 Turkey
🇺🇿 Uzbekistan
🇰🇬 Kyrgyzstan
🇹🇯 Tajikistan
🇦🇿 Azerbaijan

The main thing to remember: a cheap CPM doesn't mean a cheap result. The top of the list gives you huge volumes for pennies — but the audience there is specific. The right geo isn't the cheapest one. It's the one that matches your offer.

We'll see you in the world of TG Ads. We take care of everything: opening an account for the geo you need, picking the right market for your offer, creatives, moderation, launch and campaign management @RA_Agency_bot 🤝

$16 billion — that's how much Meta was earning from the thing it now fights against 👀

You've definitely heard about Meta's war on scam: it removes ads by the millions, disables accounts in batches, sues advertisers, works with police in different countries. The number of removed ads so far = 159 million. It looks like a story about a platform that wants to be honest. The real reason is different.

So today we're breaking down the real reason

Scam brought Meta money. By its own internal estimates — around $16 billion a year. Nobody was in a hurry to clean it up while it kept paying the platform. But then the lawsuits started, the regulators woke up, the headlines came. And at some point keeping that money became more expensive than earning it. So Meta set a goal: by the end of 2026, verified advertisers must bring in 90% of its ad revenue. Right now that number = 70%.
But here's the important detail — they won't check everyone. They'll check the ones with a budget. Meta stated that only small businesses will stay in that remaining 10%. Everything else, and especially the risky niches — crypto, fintech, financial offers — will go through verification.

Now about what the advertiser gets out of this

🔸 Meta was showing 15 billion risky ads per day. Since they're gone now, the price per impression drops. A cheap CPM will start pleasing your eye.
🔸 Your verified account doesn't go down from reports, it gets normal limits and predictable moderation. And fewer downtimes means more days of running ads.
🔸 You don't need to budget for new accounts anymore — the old ones used to burn. A verified account works non-stop, so that money stays in your ads.
🔸 Cheaper leads. Less scam in the feed — less distrust of ads in risky niches.

All we can add from ourselves — Meta is removing your competitors at its own expense. But the question comes up: will your account pass the check when its turn comes ❤️

Case 🔸 Meta Ads

B2B accounting services — from €38 leads that never became clients to a stable sales channel 🚀

🔸 ad budget ➡️ €14,200
🔸 leads ➡️ 1,120
🔸 cost per lead ➡️ €12.70
🔸 lead-to-client conversion ➡️ 18%
🔸 deals closed ➡️ 201

The client is a B2B accounting service for small businesses. Clients came only through referrals: the flow was unpredictable, and there was no way to plan growth. The first launch brought leads at ~€38, and almost none of them bought — the offer was pulling in the wrong audience. So we didn't just "launch ads", we rebuilt the channel from scratch.

What we did ⬇️

1️⃣ Rewrote the offer. Instead of "accounting services" (that only catches people looking for the cheapest price) — a specific pain: an owner drowning in tax reports and document chaos.

2️⃣ Calculated the economics backwards. From the average check, sales conversion and capacity we worked out the maximum acceptable cost per lead. That number, not an abstract CPL, became the target for every campaign.

3️⃣ Tested systematically. Three hypotheses (pain / expertise / free consultation), dozens of variations, each one as a separate test. Whatever didn't work — we simply turned it off.

4️⃣ Qualified leads deeper in the funnel. Added qualifying questions to the form + passed events through Pixel and the Conversions API. We optimised not for cheap leads, but for the ones who actually buy.

5️⃣ Scaled only what works. Every week we watched CPL and the conversion to a deal: audiences that were dropping — turned off, working combinations — refreshed with new creatives before burnout.

Result
The cost per lead dropped from ~€38 (with no sales) to €12.70 (with sales), but the main thing is quality: 18% of the 1,120 leads became paying clients — that's 201 deals. The channel became so predictable that the client started planning hiring around its results. No "tricks" — just clean economics, precise positioning and dozens of tests.

For us, every project is about bringing ads to a predictable result: clear economics, managed campaigns, leads that buy. We take on the full cycle — from setup to scaling @RA_Agency_bot ⚡️

Case 🔸 Telegram Ads

6,940 subscribers for a Turkish crypto project at $1.44 each 🚀

What the client came with

Two pain points ⬇️
🔸 expensive subscribers
🔸 campaigns that moderation kept rejecting

First 24 hours

🔸 ran the brief
🔸 agreed on the KPI — $2 per subscriber
🔸 opened the ad account

Start ⚡️

We ran a test ➡️ got $3 per subscriber. Too expensive. Time to optimize ⬇️

Optimization 💌

1️⃣ gave tips on how to set up the channel for better sign-up conversion
2️⃣ tested 35 creatives → picked the top 5 and started boosting them
3️⃣ adjusted placements to spend less during national holidays

Result

🔸 Spend — $10,000
🔸 Subscribers — 6,940
🔸 Cost per sub — $1.44 (KPI was $2)

We cut the cost per subscriber by more than half and came in under the KPI. But it wasn't one lucky creative — it was the system: a channel built for conversion, dozens of tested approaches, and placements shaped around how the audience behaves. Plus campaigns that pass moderation consistently — a real pain point in crypto specifically.

We take care of the whole cycle — from the ad account and brief to testing and daily optimization. Want the same? Then you're in the right place

Case 🔸 Telegram Ads

How we passed moderation for a dating project on Telegram in 72 hours 🚫

A client came to us with a classic pain point — campaigns kept getting declined and traffic was stuck.

What we did

1️⃣ built a funnel strictly by Telegram Ads rules
2️⃣ set up a redirect through the funnel to the client's project
3️⃣ sent it to moderation

Result

🔸 the funnel passed in 72 hours
🔸 it's been live for over 3 months now
🔸 it brings in steady traffic with no declines

Instead of fighting moderation head-on — a workaround, but a "white-hat" solution that works long-term. And it's not about one lucky trick: every vertical needs its own way to pass moderation — and we know them.

You see hundreds of ads every day. How many do you remember? Probably none 👀

And it's not because the ads are bad — your brain has simply learned to not see them. This has a name: banner blindness. While Google and Facebook spent years filling our screens with banners, we grew an automatic filter for anything that looks like an ad.

The numbers are a little unsettling ⬇️

🔸 Banner CTR — 0.05–0.1% (one person in a thousand)
🔸 over 40% of people worldwide use ad blockers

But there's one place where the filter doesn't work yet. Telegram Ads only appeared at the end of 2021 — Google has run ads since 2000, Facebook since 2007. People here simply haven't had time to learn to not see ads. And the CTR proves it: 2–6%, 2–3 times higher than Meta and Google.

The paradox — less ad "infrastructure" = more attention. But the window won't stay open forever.

What banner blindness is and how to use Telegram's advantage while it still works — we broke it down in the article ➡️ Read the full article ❤️

One of the most popular questions we get: How do you choose the channels for our advertising

Fair question — because it's exactly where most budgets are won or lost. The fastest way to burn through your budget? Simply buying placements wherever there are lots of subscribers 👀

Our process works a little differently. Here's what happens before a single cent of your budget goes to work ⬇️

1️⃣ We focus on your audience first, and only then on channels
We don't look at which channels are the biggest. We start by asking "who is your customer?": geo, language, interests, spending power. And in crypto, fintech and gaming — also how deeply that person is actually into the topic. The channel is picked to fit this, not the other way around!

2️⃣ We look at reach, not subscriber count
A channel can have 100k subscribers but only 3k views per post. We compare real views against subscriber count to understand how many people will actually see your ad.

3️⃣ We check whether the audience is even alive
Reactions, comments, reposts, ER — all of this shows whether people actually read the channel or it just "exists." A dead audience won't buy your product, no matter how big it is.

4️⃣ We screen for fake activity
Sudden view spikes a few hours after a post, identical numbers across dozens of posts in a row, zero reactions, zero mentions anywhere else — these are red flags. An inflated channel means your budget gets drained on bots.

5️⃣ We assess the growth curve and unsubscribe rate
A healthy channel grows steadily. Sharp spikes from giveaways or mass unsubscribes are a signal that the audience is random and will respond poorly to ads.

6️⃣ We calculate CPM and test small
Before scaling, we run a test on a minimal budget — we see how the audience really behaves and avoid pouring everything into a channel that only looked good on paper.

And only the channels that pass all these filters make it into your media plan — or into our own vetted pool, through which we run campaigns.
That's why with us, you pay for people who will actually see your ad.

Google dropped the $50,000 threshold for lead forms 📣

A lead form in Google Ads is when someone leaves their contact details right inside the ad, without going to your site. The format works well, but for years it was practically out of reach: to turn it on for certain formats, you had to have spent over $50,000.

On July 20 Google updated its help docs and that requirement disappeared. But there was no announcement. What's left is a single path: $1,000 in spend per account (or $15,000 across all accounts) + completed advertiser verification ⚡️

The same update also brought:
🔸 lead forms now only in Search and Performance Max — Display and Video are gone
🔸 Zapier added: leads go straight to your CRM, no developer needed
🔸 20+ more countries, including Croatia, Serbia, Estonia and Morocco

But as we said above: there was no official announcement. They rewrote the docs — that's it. Whether access actually opened up, Google isn't saying, and the help pages don't line up with each other yet. The only way to check is to go into your account and see whether the format showed up ⚡️

Telegram, Google or Meta: which platform should you actually pick in 2026

Asking "which platform is better" is the wrong question. Each of the three sells a different stage of demand. That's what determines where your budget should go.

🔸 Google Ads — existing demand 👀

The person is already looking for a solution; you just need to show up in front of them. Average Search CPC is around $2.96, up 12% year over year — the steepest annual rise since 2021. AI Overviews have taken 8–12% of organic clicks, so budgets are shifting into paid results and prices keep climbing.
Works when people google your product. Doesn't work when nobody knows it exists yet.

🔸 Meta Ads — attention and demand creation ⚡️

Nobody is searching for you — you come into the feed yourself. The average CPM across industries in 2026 is around $14, up 20% year over year. Reach is getting more expensive faster than most businesses manage to refresh their creatives.
Works for visual products, e-commerce and retargeting. Harder in crypto and fintech: moderation consistently cuts part of your creatives.

🔸 Telegram Ads — context 💌

You target the channel a person reads, not the person. Real rates for broad targeting are €1.5–4 CPM, significantly higher in crypto and finance. Entry through a reseller starts at €1,500–3,000 instead of €2M direct.
Works for crypto projects, apps, bots and funnels. Weaker for local businesses that need precise geo and age targeting.

So, the short version ⬇️
There's demand ➡️ Google. Visual and mass-market product ➡️ Meta. Niche and community ➡️ Telegram.

But most of the time the answer isn't "one of the three." Google picks up those already ready to buy. Meta builds recognition before a person even starts searching. Telegram gives cheap reach inside a relevant environment. Together they close the funnel; separately they just patch a hole in it 🔥

Don't guess where to start. Send your project to @RA_Agency_bot — we'll look at your niche, geo and budget and tell you which of the three will deliver results first. And what's worth combining 🤝
