$5,000 โก๏ธ $40,000 in 40 days. How we turned a dating project into a revenue-generating machineโก๏ธ
Imagine this: you give us $5,000 for ads. And 40 days later, the traffic we brought in is generating $40,000 in monthly revenue. The right strategy, the right audience, and 100% reinvestment into growth.
๐ธ $5K โก๏ธ starting budget
๐ธ 40 โก๏ธ days of work
๐ธ $40K โก๏ธ monthly revenue
๐ธ 8ร โก๏ธ capital growth
A dating platform with a unique mechanic: AI generates characters based on the userโs request - scripts, personalities, scenarios, and fantasies. Not a generic Tinder clone, but a deeply personalized experience. And thatโs exactly what drove conversions - people pay for something that feels made specifically for them.
How we did itโ
1๏ธโฃ Started with $5,000 - no inflated expectations, just a clear hypothesis around the audience and creatives.
2๏ธโฃ Every dollar earned from ads went straight back into the advertising budget. A snowball effect: the more we earned, the more we reinvested.
3๏ธโฃ 227 campaigns running simultaneously - testing different angles, killing weak performers, scaling winners. The best ROAS hit 3.93x with only $195 spent.
4๏ธโฃ CPMs from $14 to $88 - we scaled campaigns across different audience qualities and acquisition costs, finding the perfect balance between traffic quality and scalability.
5๏ธโฃ CTR up to 8.95% on top-performing campaigns - 3-4ร above the industry average. The right creative matters more than the budget itself.
Overall project ROASโก๏ธ 8ร
$5K investedโก๏ธ $40K monthly revenue
$19,850โก๏ธ total ad spend
598Kโก๏ธ impressions during the campaign
The secret wasnโt the budget. The secret was that every dollar generated from ads instantly became new advertising capital. The project was funding itself - we simply never allowed the money flow to stop. Dating is one of the most competitive verticals with difficult moderation. But when you have the right offer, the right creatives, and a deep understanding of the audience - Meta can deliver results that genuinely take your breath away.

Google Ads isnโt for everyone. But if your business fits - it can become a goldmine in 2026๐ฅ
There are businesses where Google Ads pays back in the very first month. And there are others where the budget burns with no results. The difference is not luck. The difference is whether your niche actually fits the platform.
Who should definitely use itโฌ๏ธ
๐ธ E-commerce stores.
If you have a product catalog and existing demand, Google Shopping can show your product with a photo and price directly in search results. The customer sees your product before even clicking. The path to purchase becomes much shorter.
๐ธ Local businesses.
Dental clinics, car services, law firms, hotels - people are searching for these services right now, often just a few blocks away. Google Maps ads and local search can bring highly interested clients ready to call or visit.
๐ธ B2B companies and educational platforms.
Long sales cycle? Thatโs okay. Remarketing helps bring back people who visited your site but needed more time to decide - reminding them about your business until theyโre ready.
Who probably shouldnโt use it (honestly)โฌ๏ธ
If your product is completely new and people donโt even know what to search for yet - Google Ads probably wonโt work well. If your margins are very small and there are no repeat purchases - the budget may not pay off. Google Ads can scale existing demand, but it doesnโt create demand from zero. But if you sell something people are already searching for - the only question is whether they find you or your competitors.

๐ธ ad budget โก๏ธ $4,113 โก๏ธ 1 month
๐ธ revenue โก๏ธ $17,246
๐ธ ROAS โก๏ธ 419%
๐ธ ad spend share โก๏ธ 23.8% of revenue
The client - a mobile proxy provider - came to us with zero paid traffic experience: no ad accounts, no analytics, no data. The goal was simple - test Google Ads and get the first real sales.
What we didโฌ๏ธ
1๏ธโฃ Set up the Google Ads account from scratch - campaign structure, billing setup, and core campaign settings
2๏ธโฃ Defined and segmented the audience based on interests and behavior patterns
3๏ธโฃ Launched test campaigns with a small budget - found profitable audience and creative combinations
4๏ธโฃ Connected conversion tracking for accurate analytics - optimized for sales, not clicks
5๏ธโฃ Optimized campaigns based on real sales - turned off weak combinations and scaled the profitable ones
Resultโ
In the very first month, we reached a stable 419% ROAS - every $1 spent generated $4.19 in revenue. We found a profitable setup ready for scaling.
Want similar results for your business? We launch Google Ads from scratch and scale them to profit - without wasted budget or empty promises @RA_Agency_bot๐ค

VPN in Telegram Ads - it's like selling umbrellas to people who are already standing under a roof ๐
VPN is one of the hottest products to promote on Telegram. The audience is tech-savvy, values privacy, and it seems like a perfect match. But in reality, most VPN ad campaigns just burn money on useless traffic. Why? Because people set up ads "the usual way". But VPN is a pretty specific niche with its own rules.
Here's what actually worksโฌ๏ธ
1๏ธโฃ Channel targeting - don't just pick "similar topics", aim for a precise hit
Most advertisers choose channels about "technology" or "security" - and end up with a cold, uninterested audience. The real key to VPN traffic is channels where people have already faced the problem: bypassing blocks, staying anonymous, accessing content from other countries. Think streaming channels, crypto communities, IT groups, or news channels from countries with internet censorship. That audience is already "warm" - they don't need convincing.
2๏ธโฃ Geo-targeting is the main trap
Telegram Ads shows ads based on the user's current IP address. If your target audience is already using a VPN - they won't see your ad. It's a closed loop. The fix: skip geo-targeting entirely and target by channel topic instead. We pick relevant channels directly, regardless of where the audience's IP says they are.
3๏ธโฃ Ad copy - less "protection", more specifics
Generic lines like "Protect your data" are slogans, not reasons to click. Ads that actually convert speak to a real pain point. Something like: "Can't access Netflix?" or "Is Telegram blocked in your country?" - that hits home.
4๏ธโฃ Landing page - a bot instead of a website
Telegram Ads doesn't allow external links - only channels or bots. And honestly, that's a good thing. A bot replaces your landing page: it explains the product, shows pricing and gives a "Download" button - all without leaving Telegram. Fewer steps between the ad and the install means more people actually get there.
VPN in Telegram Ads is a built strategy, not just a button to press. Want your traffic to actually convert - we're waiting for youโก๏ธ @RA_Agency_bot

How we cut CAC 3x in a VPN project๐
โก๏ธ Start โฌ๏ธ
We put in the first $500 to test broad hypotheses.
CAC coming out: $9.
Expensive - but we got a solid data pool for the next rounds.
โก๏ธ What we changedโฌ๏ธ
Dropped broad targeting. Moved to a structure of 1 campaign = 1 channel/bot. Every source got its own UTM tracking link, and we calculate the actual CAC for each one separately.
โก๏ธ At the same time, we tested 4 audience segmentsโฌ๏ธ
๐ธ Competitor VPN bots
๐ธ Niche VPN channels
๐ธ News channels
๐ธ IT / Tech channels
In 2 weeks we ran 507 campaigns, 13 different creatives in one language.
โก๏ธ Optimization loop โฌ๏ธ
The client sends us subscription data every 1โ2 days. We match it against UTM and cut what's not working๐ช
๐ธ Campaigns with CAC > $4 - paused
๐ธ Campaigns with CAC < $3 - budget increased
๐ธ Top sources (bot / channel) go into a whitelist and get duplicated in new campaigns with fresh creatives
โก๏ธ Results on $3k spend โฌ๏ธ
๐ธ Paying users โก๏ธ 1,019
๐ธ CAC: $9 โก๏ธ $3.0 (โ3x from start)
๐ธ Best CAC in the portfolio: $0.22

Meta is moving... into tentsโก๏ธ
While everyone was waiting for Meta's next giant data centers, the company found a way to skip the longest stage โ construction. The solution? Tents๐ฅ
According to Cleanview founder Michael Thomas, near the city of New Albany, Ohio, Meta has already set up six large temporary structures โ and satellite images confirm they're fully built. Inside, they plan to place AI chips worth billions of dollars, and in internal documents, Meta calls these structures "rapid deployment structures."
The approach is borrowed from Tesla, which similarly used temporary workshops at its Fremont factory to speed up Model 3 production. Power is supplied by modular gas turbines with a total capacity of 200 MW, using the same approach popularized by xAI.
Why is Meta in such a rush?๐
It all comes down to compute power for training and running AI models โ and these models are exactly what power the targeting algorithms that decide who sees your ads every day. More compute = faster and more precise updates to Meta Ads' ad delivery systems. In simple terms: the faster Meta scales its AI infrastructure, the faster the rules of targeting will change โ and businesses that adapt first will get the advantage๐
Ready to be among the first to adaptโ

Google is killing DSA: What happens to your Ads if you do nothing๐ฃ
In September 2026, Google is permanently shutting down Dynamic Search Ads. If you don't prepare in advance โ Google will migrate your campaigns to the new AI Max format on its own, with default settings nobody chose. Your budget keeps running, results drop, and you're left figuring it out after the fact.
What's actually happening, in simple termsโฌ๏ธ
๐ธ DSA was a tool that automatically matched headlines and landing pages to user searches. A lot of advertisers used it as a "traffic catcher" for queries their keywords didn't cover
๐ธ It's being replaced by AI Max โ a broader, more powerful format, but with its own quirks
๐ธ If you migrate yourself โ you control the settings. If you wait โ Google configures everything for you, and that might not go well
Three things to do right nowโฌ๏ธ
๐ธ Check whether you're even running DSA campaigns
๐ธ Lock in your current performance metrics so you have something to compare later
๐ธ Clean up your negative keyword lists โ they matter even more in AI Max, since the system matches based on your site content, not just keywords
Got DSA campaigns you don't want to lose? Message๐ @RA_Agency_bot โ we'll handle the migration before Google does it for you.

Telegram Ads is conquering new continents ๐
While other ad platforms are cutting budgets and shrinking their reach, Telegram Ads is doing the opposite. This summer, the platform opened 9 new countries for advertisers using Euro accounts.

That's all of Latin America plus Africa in a single update. And it's not the first time โ back in May, 11 other markets opened up (Bangladesh, Israel, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines, and more). In total, Euro accounts now cover 40+ countries with full targeting.
New geos mean zero competition and the lowest possible CPMs for now. Whoever launches first tests the niche with barely any auction pressure โ and that's exactly when the cheapest results happen. Six months from now, the same country will cost several times more.

Telegram is rebuilding itself. And apparently not into a messenger ๐
The July 14 update did what had been years in the making. The whole funnel now fits inside Telegram: adโก๏ธ bot โก๏ธ a full long-read with tables and media. All in one place.
What they just droppedโฌ๏ธ
1๏ธโฃ Rich text editor
Posts now support:
๐ธ headings;
๐ธ tables;
๐ธ lists;
๐ธ quotes;
๐ธ formulas and code blocks;
๐ธ photos and videos right inside the text, between paragraphs;
๐ธ up to 32,768 characters in a single message.
2๏ธโฃ AI right in the editor
You can generate text, a table or a formula without leaving the input field. It runs on Cocoon โ with privacy in mind.
3๏ธโฃ One thing to keep in mind
The editor is only available with Telegram Premium. Without a subscription, you get the same good old formatting.
4๏ธโฃ Communities
Channels, groups and bots can now be linked into a single community. Members see the other chats and join instantly, no invite links needed. In your chat list it's one row that expands. If you run several channels, you no longer have to explain to your audience every time that a second one exists.
One more nice touch: bots can now send messages in a group that only one person sees, and GIF search got faster and more private.

The July 14 update did what had been years in the making. The whole funnel now fits inside Telegram: ad

Half the world now fits in one account ๐
Still hearing that "Telegram Ads is a CIS thing"? Time to update your map. The platform has opened up half the world: Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East. $16 billion โ that's how much Meta was earning from the thing it now fights against ๐
You've definitely heard about Meta's war on scam: it removes ads by the millions, disables accounts in batches, sues advertisers, works with police in different countries. The number of removed ads so far = 159 million. It looks like a story about a platform that wants to be honest. The real reason is different.
So today we're breaking down the real reasonโ
Scam brought Meta money. By its own internal estimates โ around $16 billion a year. Nobody was in a hurry to clean it up while it kept paying the platform. But then the lawsuits started, the regulators woke up, the headlines came. And at some point keeping that money became more expensive than earning it. So Meta set a goal: by the end of 2026, verified advertisers must bring in 90% of its ad revenue. Right now that number = 70%.
But here's the important detail โ they won't check everyone. They'll check the ones with a budget. Meta stated that only small businesses will stay in that remaining 10%. Everything else, and especially the risky niches โ crypto, fintech, financial offers โ will go through verification.
Now about what the advertiser gets out of thisโ
๐ธ Meta was showing 15 billion risky ads per day. Since they're gone now, the price per impression drops. A cheap CPM will start pleasing your eye.
๐ธ Your verified account doesn't go down from reports, it gets normal limits and predictable moderation. And fewer downtimes means more days of running ads.
๐ธ You don't need to budget for new accounts anymore โ the old ones used to burn. A verified account works non-stop, so that money stays in your ads.
๐ธ Cheaper leads. Less scam in the feed โ less distrust of ads in risky niches.
All we can add from ourselves โ Meta is removing your competitors at its own expense. But the question comes up: will your account pass the check when its turn comesโค๏ธ

Case ๐ธ Meta Ads
B2B accounting services โ from โฌ38 leads that never became clients to a stable sales channel๐
๐ธ ad budget โก๏ธ โฌ14,200
๐ธ leads โก๏ธ 1,120
๐ธ cost per lead โก๏ธ โฌ12.70
๐ธ lead-to-client conversion โก๏ธ 18%
๐ธ deals closed โก๏ธ 201
The client is a B2B accounting service for small businesses. Clients came only through referrals: the flow was unpredictable, and there was no way to plan growth. The first launch brought leads at ~โฌ38, and almost none of them bought โ the offer was pulling in the wrong audience. So we didn't just "launch ads", we rebuilt the channel from scratch.
What we didโฌ๏ธ
1๏ธโฃ Rewrote the offer. Instead of "accounting services" (that only catches people looking for the cheapest price) โ a specific pain: an owner drowning in tax reports and document chaos.
2๏ธโฃ Calculated the economics backwards. From the average check, sales conversion and capacity we worked out the maximum acceptable cost per lead. That number, not an abstract CPL, became the target for every campaign.
3๏ธโฃ Tested systematically. Three hypotheses (pain / expertise / free consultation), dozens of variations, each one as a separate test. Whatever didn't work โ we simply turned it off.
4๏ธโฃ Qualified leads deeper in the funnel. Added qualifying questions to the form + passed events through Pixel and the Conversions API. We optimised not for cheap leads, but for the ones who actually buy.
5๏ธโฃ Scaled only what works. Every week we watched CPL and the conversion to a deal: audiences that were dropping โ turned off, working combinations โ refreshed with new creatives before burnout.
Resultโ
The cost per lead dropped from ~โฌ38 (with no sales) to โฌ12.70 (with sales), but the main thing is quality: 18% of the 1,120 leads became paying clients โ that's 201 deals. The channel became so predictable that the client started planning hiring around its results. No "tricks" โ just clean economics, precise positioning and dozens of tests.
For us, every project is about bringing ads to a predictable result: clear economics, managed campaigns, leads that buy. We take on the full cycle โ from setup to scaling @RA_Agency_botโก๏ธ

Case ๐ธ Telegram Ads
6,940 subscribers for a Turkish crypto project at $1.44 each๐
What the client came withโ
Two pain pointsโฌ๏ธ
๐ธ expensive subscribers
๐ธ campaigns that moderation kept rejecting
First 24 hoursโ
๐ธ ran the brief
๐ธ agreed on the KPI โ $2 per subscriber
๐ธ opened the ad account
Startโก๏ธ
We ran a testโก๏ธ got $3 per subscriber. Too expensive. Time to optimize โฌ๏ธ
Optimization๐
1๏ธโฃ gave tips on how to set up the channel for better sign-up conversion
2๏ธโฃ tested 35 creatives โ picked the top 5 and started boosting them
3๏ธโฃ adjusted placements to spend less during national holidays
Resultโ
๐ธ Spend โ $10,000
๐ธ Subscribers โ 6,940
๐ธ Cost per sub โ $1.44 (KPI was $2)
We cut the cost per subscriber by more than half and came in under the KPI. But it wasn't one lucky creative โ it was the system: a channel built for conversion, dozens of tested approaches, and placements shaped around how the audience behaves. Plus campaigns that pass moderation consistently โ a real pain point in crypto specifically.
We take care of the whole cycle โ from the ad account and brief to testing and daily optimization. Want the same? Then you're in the right place @RA_Agency_bot๐ค

Case ๐ธ Telegram Ads
How we passed moderation for a dating project on Telegram in 72 hours๐ซ
A client came to us with a classic pain point โ campaigns kept getting declined and traffic was stuck.
What we didโ
1๏ธโฃ built a funnel strictly by Telegram Ads rules
2๏ธโฃ set up a redirect through the funnel to the client's project
3๏ธโฃ sent it to moderation
Resultโ
๐ธ the funnel passed in 72 hours
๐ธ it's been live for over 3 months now
๐ธ it brings in steady traffic with no declines
Instead of fighting moderation head-on โ a workaround, but a "white-hat" solution that works long-term. And it's not about one lucky trick: every vertical needs its own way to pass moderation โ and we know them.
Getting declines in these niches?โฌ๏ธ

You see hundreds of ads every day. How many do you remember? Probably none ๐
And it's not because the ads are bad โ your brain has simply learned to not see them. This has a name: banner blindness. While Google and Facebook spent years filling our screens with banners, we grew an automatic filter for anything that looks like an ad.
The numbers are a little unsettlingโฌ๏ธ
๐ธ Banner CTR โ 0.05โ0.1% (one person in a thousand)
๐ธ over 40% of people worldwide use ad blockers
But there's one place where the filter doesn't work yet. Telegram Ads only appeared at the end of 2021 โ Google has run ads since 2000, Facebook since 2007. People here simply haven't had time to learn to not see ads. And the CTR proves it: 2โ6%, 2โ3 times higher than Meta and Google.
The paradox โ less ad "infrastructure" = more attention. But the window won't stay open forever.
What banner blindness is and how to use Telegram's advantage while it still works โ we broke it down in the articleโก๏ธ Read the full article โค๏ธ
