@toLEDit2 built this fun little thing called Toon Tone:

https://toon-tone.vercel.app/

It’s a pop culture / nostalgia test for cartoons and animated shows. You guess from the colors, and it tells you how "cultured" you are 😄

I got 8.04, which I’ll take proudly.

Try it and send your score. I need to know who was actually outside and who was raised by Cartoon Network.

The moral is obvious. You can't trust code that you did not totally create yourself. (Especially code from companies that employ people like me.)

Quick dev security note (VS Code / Cursor / GitHub users)

There’s an ongoing supply-chain security issue being discussed called PolinRider, which targets open-source developers and their GitHub accounts.

The concern is that some developers’ accounts and access tokens may have been compromised, and that access is being used to:

1. modify repositories
2. submit malicious pull requests
3. Even force push & Inject malicious code into projects

Since many modern apps rely heavily on open-source libraries, this kind of attack can quietly spread through dependencies without being obvious at first.

Also important: private repositories are not automatically safe either, if your account, tokens, or CI/CD access is compromised, private code can still be accessed or modified.

Basic things to double-check:

1. Recent commits / force pushes in your repos
2. GitHub account access + authorized apps
3. VS Code / Cursor extensions you don’t recognize
4. Dependency install scripts in projects
5. Run security audits (npm audit, etc.)

Just sharing for awareness, especially for anyone actively building with GitHub + modern dev tools.

Yesterday was the A2SV closing ceremony, and honestly, it was both fun and emotional. It’s hard to accept that this chapter is ending, but that’s life every ending opens the door to a new journey.

What makes A2SV truly special is the people behind it. They dedicated their time, energy, and knowledge to guide us completely for free, and that level of commitment deserves nothing but respect and appreciation. Huge love to our heads, and every fellow student who made the whole experience easier, enjoyable, and unforgettable. 🫶🏼

We also had a football game today, and it was going perfectly… until I injured myself and become cameraman 😃 (still the best cameraman on the field, by the way). Even with that, the day was full of fun, memories, and moments I’ll genuinely miss.

Wishing every one of you success and happiness on your next journey. Keep growing, keep building, and keep shining. Much love to you all ❤️

How can someone have no PC, yet build 5/6 projects and still land a job?🤔

Bro joined Uni just to access the PCs in the digital library. he used those PCs day and night, built 5–6 projects in one semester, then dropped out after landing a job, all without ever owning a PC. This is insanely inspiring👏🏼

You have no excuse not to chase your dreams
