New year ,new beginning.
It dosent matter how 2024 was, all of us have had fair share of tragedies and celebrations in our lives.
The dichotomy of these feelings is the defining characteristic of human life.
I wont tell us to forget the pain of past and only remeber the good things, but rather lets outgrow everything.
The pain and pleasure should be alike for us. Stability is what we shall aim for, to not get overjoyed in good time and not get depressed in the bad ones.
As happiness is rather a state of mind.
You all deserve the best, never lose an opportunity to help anyone selflessley , its the greatest pleasure one feels.
Never ignore anyone who might need to hear few comfroting words, you might be their last hope.
But while doing all this, dont forget yourselves.

That's why narcissists gaslight you. They want you to doubt yourself - It's a "Game of Power" so don't give them that satisfaction. If someone doubts your truth, tell them your perception of reality is different and you are fine with it. No matter how many times they lie just stick to your truth.

Narcissists, psychopaths and Machiavellians are all subsets of one overarching dark personality type - Persistent Predatory Personality (PPP).

This personality type (including psychopaths) is supremely self focused, manipulative, sadistic, cruel, and profoundly dishonest, although they often seem upstanding and normal.

MRI imaging work shows PPP, subsuming psychopathy, Machiavellianism and narcissism have prefrontal cortex, and amygdala brain anomalies. They are wired to be like this.

Let's give some attention to female narcissists also! Millions of women are narcissists/psychopaths. They are equally as exploitative, manipulative, dishonest, good at playing the victim, predatory, harmful, sadistic as their male counterparts.

Data indicates male and female dark personalities have the same attributes and use the same tactics. Variations in their behaviours depend on issues such as intelligence, socio economic status, context, impulse control capability etc. The red flags though are exactly the same for women as they are for men.
