Local residents reported hearing a loud explosion around 7 PM, followed by smoke rising from a remote hilly area near Nilip block under Chokihola.

The aircraft was reportedly on a routine sortie. Search and rescue operations are currently underway, while official confirmation is still awaited. 🚁
