I usually like or does not dislike BS het couples. I think vin and elend are wonderful, as are Wax and Steris (oh how I love steris). I think Dalinar and both his dead wife and very much alive new one are great, for very different reasons. I just am not sure I like the possible implications of kal and syl together romantically

I will gush about Adolin instead!

Platonic ideal of a man, Adolin. First of all: bisexual. Second of all: unable to read.

Reminder that the Italian translator saw a creature called “the sibling”, that used they/them pronouns and was stated as having no gender and chose to translate it as “the brother”

I cannot state enough how much the Sibling is built to be something far from what human consider normal, including genders. How important it is to be the third one, alongside the Father and the Mother

Seeing all this and saying (prolly, I don’t know how it went) “well the Italian language is a gendered one so rip to that” was… a choice
