Notice about CQG:

Currently there is an issue on the AMP/CQG connection accessing the trading symbols from the CME. This issue is fully on CQG side and relates to only with limited number of symbols (the platform can not download this list from CQG FTP server).
Sorry for such issue. CQG is working on fix right now in high priority. We hope it will be resolved very soon.

CQG already fixed the issue with symbols. Please follow these steps to make it work properly:

1) Please use this guide and delete all symbols from the folder. Use this step if you still can't see the CME symbols (like EP, NQ, MES, MNQ) https://help.quantower.com/connections/connection-to-cqg-amp-futures/errors-with-cqg#can-not-find-a-symbol

2) After that restart the platform and connect to CQG again. It will download the list of symbols and everything will work ok.

Notice about CQG:

We should notify that CQG proceeds to change the API structure (symbols files naming) without notification of the third-party developers. Still, we strive to make all of the necessary changes in our application immediately. Please update to the latest version in case of any problems with symbols access.

Hello traders.
At the moment we see the issue with Rithmic historical data on NQH4, MNQH4 (Chicago server). The issue is on Rithmic side (!)
We should to wait when Rithmic will fix this gap.

Rithmic already filled the gap on the chart. Just reload the data (right-click on the chart -> Reload data (server)

CQG fixed the issue with access to market data for new demo accounts. If you have old demo account, please re-create a new one for access to demo right now. Otherwise you need to wait for some time for access to your old demo

Specify a custom account name for any trading connection. This is especially useful for APEX users to easily manage multiple accounts.
