-Added the ability to specify the commission in the emulator.
-The height of the indicator window is now preserved.
-Fixed problem with transparent background color of the chart.
-Sticking to bar prices (during adding/modifying drawings) now works correctly.

Notice about CQG:
Currently there is an issue on the AMP/CQG connection accessing the trading symbols from the CME. This issue is fully on CQG side and relates to only with limited number of symbols (the platform can not download this list from CQG FTP server).
Sorry for such issue. CQG is working on fix right now in high priority. We hope it will be resolved very soon.
