⚠️ ❗️FLATTRADE USERS ❗️⚠️

Some users would have got the following 2 errors:

16795 Order cancelled due to voluntary close out

16419 This error code will be returned for invalid data in the order packet

Pending SL orders may have been cancelled. Check your algos and use the retry individual leg option to place those orders again
⚠️ ❗️ANGELONE USERS ❗️⚠️

Lot of users are getting AB2001: Internal Error for order placement

Check if the order is executed in the terminal. if the order is not executed use the Retry individual leg option. If the order is executed, then it will have to be managed manually.

Issue has been raised with AngelOne
⚠️ ❗️FLATTRADE USERS ❗️⚠️

Users would be getting the error: YEL: Yel not ready for transaction

This error is coming for BSE SENSEX only

Use the retry individual leg option to retry placing the orders again, after checking if the order is placed already or not in the terminal

The issue has been raised with Flattrade. We will announce once the issue is resolved from their side.

Getting 2 errors for order placement:

Error: 500:Not_Ok:No response from server with error code: ECONNRESET

Error: 500:Not_Ok:No response from server with error code: ETIMEDOUT

Orders may not be getting placed. Please check your positions and manage manually where required
⚠️ ❗️ZERODHA USERS ❗️⚠️

The following error is being observed for order placement:

-:NetworkException:No response from server with error code: ETIMEDOUT

Check your algos and positions, and use the retry individual leg options after checking your open positions
⚠️ ❗️ANGELONE USERS ❗️⚠️

The following error was observed for order placement and order update fetching:

Cannot set property ‘tag’ of undefined

Check your algos and positions, and use the retry individual leg options after checking your open positions
⚠️ ❗️FLATTRADE USERS ❗️⚠️

Flattrade users are getting this error due to an issue with the exchange connection. Flattrade is checking the issue and resolving it. Manage positions manually

Issue resolved!

Use the retry individual leg option to place orders that have got the error.

If SL orders were placed manually after the error, then cancel the manual SL orders and use the retry option.

A total of 34 SENSEX symbols are missing from the master contracts. Orders will get fired but the orders wouldn't get executed. This is only for SENSEX. Issue is raised with the broker and they're rectifying it.
⚠️ ❗️FINVASIA USERS ❗️⚠️

Finvasia users are getting the following error for order placement:
Error: 500:Not_Ok:No response from server with error code: ETIMEDOUT

Use the retry individual leg option to retry placing the order again. The issue has been raised with Finvasia

If the retry option is giving the same error, then you can manage the positions manually from Shoonya's trading terminal.

⚠️ ❗️TRADEJINI USERS ❗️⚠️

TRADEJINI users need to mandatorily start using TOTP for broker login (access token generation) from today onwards. Go to the Cube terminal and setup TOTP before doing broker login
⚠️ ❗️BIGUL USERS ❗️⚠️

Broker login failing. Bigul is in the process of checking and resolving the issue. Once resolved we will announce.
⚠️ ❗️ZERODHA USERS ❗️⚠️

The following error is being observed for order placement:

error:NetworkException:Order request timed out. Please check the order book and confirm before placing again

Check your algos and positions, and use the retry individual leg options after checking your open positions. Issue has been raised with Zerodha.
⚠️ ❗️BIGUL USERS ❗️⚠️

Bigul has resolved the issue. Broker login can be done now. Once broker login is done, disable the algos and enable them and they will go into Ready status and take positions.
⚠️ ❗️FLATTRADE USERS ❗️⚠️

For BSE SENSEX Flattrade will allow only Limit/SL Limit orders. Market orders have been disabled. Change the order type for all algos.

Today after market we will implement the change in our system to convert Limit/SL limit orders to Limit/SL limit orders. Conversion to Market orders after N secs will be disabled after market hours today.

For today, give the Limit/SL Limit order buffers a higher value.
