Last week we integrated a back up data feed, that would automatically take over, if the primary data feed went down. This update has made the trade execution on Quantiply half a second faster, as the platform switches to the faster feed intermittently and automatically, bringing the execution time on the platform down to half a second overall, in majority of the cases. More importantly, it has significantly minimised the risk of live feed failure on the broker’s side and added to the reliability of the platform

The idea behind receiving only important notifications or updates is that, when a user gets all types of notifications and updates more frequently, he may tend to overlook or miss the more important and critical ones. So ideally, it may be better to get only the important notifications, alerts and updates.
