3D打印 「人造海绵体」问世!中国 团队 成功 修复 动物 勃起 功能 (有救了)
华南理工大学团队在《自然·生物医学工程》发表突破性 研究 利用3D打印技术构建出包含复杂血管网络的水凝胶 阴茎海绵体 模型。该模型通过模拟静脉血流阻断机制,成功在体外复现勃起过程——当液体以每分钟90毫升高速灌注时,海绵窦膨胀挤压静脉,实现与真实器官相似的「充血-维持」状态。
在兔子和巴马猪的海绵体缺损修复实验中,植入载有内皮细胞的3D打印模型后,12周内勃起时海绵体内压/平均动脉压比值恢复至正常水平的90%。更令人惊叹的是,修复组动物成功通过交配诞下健康后代,怀孕率与健康组无显著差异。研究还构建了动脉硬化性勃起障碍和佩罗尼病模型,为病理研究提供可视化工具。
该技术不仅能定制化修复损伤,未来还有可能为阴茎移植开辟新道路。团队指出,当前模型尚无法重建尿道和神经,下一步将探索干细胞诱导分化与微型血管整合以探究更好的模拟真实情况。
