The Sindh provincial government in Pakistan has proposed the following measures for those who refuse covid vaccinations:

◾In phase1, a warning would be issued to unvaccinated people.

◾ In phase 2, social media accounts of unvaccinated people would be blocked.

◾In Phase 3, outgoing calls would be blocked.

◾ In phase 4, the phone SIM card would be completely blocked until the person is vaccinated
