It has been stated that Moncada may be a key figure in the eight month planning of the election hacking in Italy.

The military has sworn to defend the United States from all enemies, foreign and domestic. International interference in the election of the Commander in Chief is a direct attack on her sovereignty if not an act of war and will be dealt with accordingly.
