125 fans and the family of one person who died at the festival have filed a massive $750 million lawsuit against Travis Scott, Drake, Apple, Live Nation and others.
The lawsuit claims it’s going to cover both physical and mental health injuries as well as the death of Axel Acosta.
The 21-year-old was allegedly crushed by "incited, unruly and out-of-control crowd with such force that he could no longer breathe."
