Netanyahu Suggests Biden DID Fall Asleep During Israeli PM Meeting
Benjamin Netanyahu has been accused of 'mocking' Joe Biden in a post on Facebook, after the former Israeli leader hinted that the US president had nodded off during his WH meeting with Naftali Bennett.
Many media outlets leapt to old Joe's defense, saying the video going viral was misleadingly edited to remove Biden's response. However, Netanyahu posted on his page with an off-camera voice saying: "You know, Bennett met with Biden."
"I heard. I heard that Biden was very attentive at this meeting. He dropped his head in agreement," Netanyahu replied, letting his own head fall to mimic falling asleep.
It's not clear whether Netanyahu was mocking Bennett putting Biden to sleep, or Biden having forty winks in front of the cameras.
