Shu sababli vafli asosini o‘zimiz ishlab chiqdik — unda glyuten, shakar va laktoza yo‘q. Ishlab chiqarishdagi barcha qiyinchiliklarga qaramay, biz yengil va zamonaviy ta’mga ega haqiqatan ham noyob konfetani yaratishga muvaffaq bo‘ldik.

The Waffles flavor is all about delicacy and lightness 🧇
We deliberately refused ready-made solutions and textbook recipes to create something truly new and original. That’s why we developed our own waffle base — free from gluten, sugar, and lactose. Despite all the challenges in production, we managed to create a truly unique confection with a light and modern taste.

Our “Margilan” gift boxes are inspired by the story of ikat master Turgunbay Mirzaakhmedov, who managed to preserve the art of his ancestors during difficult times, and whose sketches have shone again in new forms over the years.

While leafing through the book of our friend Binavsha Nodir, we discovered the beauty of these patterns and traveled to the city of Margilan to better understand their origins. Some of them we chose and depicted on the lids of the boxes.

And we added one more detail — the sound of weaving looms from Margilan’s largest workshop, so you can feel the rhythm and atmosphere that inspired us ✨

Наши подарочные коробки “Margilan” вдохновлены историей мастера иката Тургунбая Мирзаахмедова, который в трудные времена сумел сохранить искусство предков и его эскизы спустя годы вновь засияли в новых формах.

Листая книгу нашего друга Бинавши Нодыр, мы открыли для себя красоту этих узоров и отправились в город Маргилан, чтобы лучше понять их происхождение. Несколько из них мы выбрали и изобразили на крышке коробок.

А еще мы добавили в неё звук ткацких станков крупнейшего маргиланского цеха, чтобы передать ритм и атмосферу, которые нас вдохновили ✨

Bir kuni doimiy mehmonlarimiz bizni Angliyadan keltirilgan "jonli shokolad" bilan mehmon qilishdi. Uning aql bovar qilmaydigan mayinligi, yumshoqligi va nozik tuzilishi bizni hayratga soldi. Biz ushbu noyob shirinlikni tayyorlash sirlarini o‘rganishga qaror qildik va jarayon juda oddiy ekanligini aniqladik. "Alive"ning o‘ziga xos xususiyati shundaki, ma’lum bir haroratda ma’lum tarkibiy qismlarni birlashtirish orqali kerakli konsistentsiyaga erishiladi.

One day our regular guests treated us to “live chocolate” from England. Its incredible tenderness, smoothness, and delicate texture impressed us deeply. We decided to study the secrets of making this unique treat and discovered that the process is actually quite simple. The uniqueness of “live chocolate” lies in achieving the right consistency by combining certain ingredients at a specific temperature.

Inspired by this discovery, we added our own ideas, improved the technology, and created a new unique product — “alive.” It pairs perfectly with a strong espresso or americano, which highlight the chocolate’s richness and enhance its flavor. Our founder also prefers adding this confection to a cappuccino to create a refined dessert.
