Dates: The Story Behind

In 2018, chocolate-covered dates started gaining popularity in Tashkent. This inspired QAND to create its own product—not just following the trend but elevating the art of flavor pairing. This is how the idea of Dates was born.

To achieve the perfect harmony of taste, we tested various types of dates. We needed to find the one that would enhance the depth of chocolate while revealing a new flavor dimension. After numerous experiments, we chose Ajwa dates, known for their natural, subtly sweet taste.

Ice Tashkent — bu limonli toshkent choyi ta’midagi muzqaymoq 🍋

Bir kuni bizning brendimizning chinakam muxlisi Saida bizga matcha ta’mli muzqaymoq ishlab chiqarishni taklif qildi. G’oya bizga juda yoqdi, ammo matcha juda keng tarqalgan mahsulot bo‘lgani uchun biz bu g‘oyani o‘zimizga xosroq tarzda — "o‘zimizning" ingredientlar bilan yanada mukammal qilishni istadik.

Biz 95-raqamli o‘zbek choyini juda yaxshi ko‘ramiz. Ushbu fikrni brend do‘stimiz bilan o‘rtoqlashdik, u hazil tariqasida “yana limon ham qo‘shinglar,” dedi — va mana shunda ilhom keldi!

Biz @historia_de_kubra hamkorlarimiz bilan bog‘landik, ular aynan shu ta’m uchun maxsus choy tayyorlashdi. O‘zbek limonlari qo‘shilishi bilan biz aynan o‘sha — limonli toshkent choyi ta’midagi muzqaymoqni yaratishga muvaffaq bo‘лdik!

Ice Tashkent — ice cream with the flavor of Tashkent lemon tea 🍋

One day, a fan of our brand, Saida, suggested we create matcha-flavored ice cream. We loved the idea — but since matcha is so common, we decided to take it further and make something even more unique using our ingredients.

We’re big fans of Uzbek tea No. 95, so we shared the idea with a friend of the brand. She jokingly said, “Why not add some lemon too?” — and that’s when inspiration struck!

We teamed up with our partners at @historia_de_kubra, who prepared a special tea blend just for this flavor. With the addition of real Uzbek lemons, we recreated the nostalgic taste of Tashkent tea with lemon — in ice cream form!

When we created this product, we went over in memory all the existing types of ice cream that we have ever tasted. We remembered the early 2000s, when ice cream with cookies was popular and expensive.

We remembered the taste of this ice cream and its entire palette, and realized that the taste of childhood can be improved. "ice Gold" is a mix of memories from childhood, where ice cream contains cookies, and now also a lot of nuts, and most importantly, caramel flavor✨

This image inspired Saidakmal to create the Ice Pina Colada flavor — an ice cream where you can hear the waves and taste the tropical breeze, capturing the carefree essence of summer.

A few years ago, we realized something: our summer lineup had almost every flavor — coconut, cherry, cookie... except the main one — strawberry.

We started experimenting and quickly came to a conclusion: to truly taste summer, there has to be a lot of strawberry.

That’s how Ice Ruby was born — rich, bright, and juicy, a flavor that steals your heart from the very first bite😉
