As part of the memory management changes expected to be merged for the upcoming Linux 6.11 cycle is allowing more fine-tuned control over the swappiness setting used to determine how aggressively pages are swapped out of physical system memory and into the on-disk swap space.

After upgrading to HyperOS, I have been troubled by HyperOS's application background management measures.
F-Droid is downloading app updates. After putting it in the background, the download speed is 0.
SD Maid was scanning junk files. After putting it in the background, the scanning progress was paused.
After putting Telegram in the background, I can't receive push messages. (I can still receive FCM push, but only if Telegram is not running, because GMS cannot wake up the app frozen by Millet, LOL)
I tried various "tombstone" modules (SMillet, MiT Lite, Freezer, NoActive), but they all don't work well. So I decided to disable Millet using the Millet configuration module provided by NoActive. Then all my problems were solved. After disabling Millet, I used the device normally for a day and did not notice that the device's power consumption increased compared to before.
So I can't understand why Millet exists. Millet can exist to suppress unruly apps, but it cannot affect my normal use.

被HyperOS傻逼般的后台管理机制所困扰。
F-Droid在下载app更新，挂后台，下载停住了；SD Maid在扫描垃圾，挂后台，扫描停住了；Telegram挂后台，消息不推送了（FCM能推送，但由于Telegram被冻结了GMS拉不起来，Telegram停止运行了GMS反倒能拉起来，笑死）。
尝试过各种墓碑模块（SMillet、MiT Lite、Freezer、NoActive），效果都不尽如人意。一气之下用Millet配置模块把Millet禁用了，以上问题统统都解决了。用了一天，并没有察觉到设备额外费电多少。
所以说Millet存在的意义是什么？你可以压制毒瘤app的后台，但你不应该影响我的正常使用体验。
