N.B.

🐍Pay attention to the way the split() method creates the list - the initial element type remains (e.g. (“1,2”.split(“,”) returns [“1”, “2”], not [1, 2])
🐍Note the logic of methods layering: some methods will return the AttributeError (e.g. “X y”.split().lower() will not work, as the lower() method is used with a string, and here split() has already created a list)

WEAKLY PYTHON MILLIONAIRE DIGEST 10.10-16.10.2022

~ Topic #6 “Unordered data types”
~ Average accuracy 41%
~ Average involvement 45 people (16%)

N.B.

🐍 The set() function will return a set of elements in a random order without duplicates
🐍Pay attention to the type of the element that is required in the result (e.g. many people choose the correct result, but in numbers instead of strings)
🐍 If you change the list, the link to which is part of some dictionary, the dictionary itself will change (e.g. l = [1], dict = {a:l} or {a:[1]}, then we change l = [2], so now dict = {a:[2]})
