We are looking for a Python Backend Developer to join us as we build Newzoo Expert.

Requirements

We want to hear from candidates who are motivated and take a keen interest in self-improvement. For example, you may have written a REST API in Python before. Were you happy with the results? Develop, productionise and maintain models that estimate heavy industry carbon emissions that are built on cutting-edge AI principles, such as deep neural networks, to understand a combination of inputs including: satellite imagery, atmospheric chemistry, and facility technologies and operations.

Familiarity with resources of genomic data sets and analysis tools, such as UCSC Genome Browser, Bioconductor, ENCODE, and NCBI databases is required.

Ability to correctly select and perform statistical tests for most types of genomic data, and to properly interpret their results in the scenario of a specific study is preferred.

Ability to interact with biologists and clinicians during a scientific discussion is required.
