Kajian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menilai persepsi, kadar penggunaan dan kecenderungan pengguna PWB terhadap sumber rujukan bercetak dan sumber rujukan elektronik yang disediakan oleh pihak perpustakaan. Maklum balas yang diberikan ini akan dijadikan kayu pengukur dalam penyediaan maklumat untuk kemudahan para pengguna.
Segala maklumat yang diberikan adalah rahsia dan hanya digunakan untuk kaji selidik ini sahaja. Sehubungan dengan itu, diharapkan agar semua pengguna dapat meluangkan sedikit masa untuk mengisi borang kaji selidik atas talian yang disediakan ini.
