there are two environments in the market place , the bullish and bearish environment .. algorithm delivers price from one environment to another .. once algorithm has finished delivering price in a bearish environment for example , u dont expect a past rejection from that bearish environment to reject {not retrace price } in a bullish environment ! never ! rejection levels in a past environment retraces price in a new environment , think about this !
