Here’s a trade we’ve been stalking in the telegram community since last week because we’ve dropped into an area of discount on the monthly and we’ve also got seasonality backing our narrative.
Finally today during London session we’ve had all technicalities aligned and we pulled the trigger.
1. Price tapped into a daily order block on its high end and purged a level of sell-side next we had to revert into the dealing range.this is typical of the algorithm…As it seeks to balance all levels of inefficiency in price delivery .How do we know this? Bra cause the algorithm is the sole mover of price. You still doubt that? Ask yourself why the markets still book even on bank holidays.
2. Secondly we pay attention to our dealing range especially price levels below our equilibrium price within the dealing range . This was an interesting level for us as it lines up with the ;

Consequent encroachment
Fvg
And more especially the energetic move that caused the displacement validating our bullish intent.
3. Entry was keyed off of the m5 and m3 levels targeting the Asian highs as the first level of profit taking .

Algorithm and banks works hand in hands .... The algorithm fetches entries for the banks , the banks enters and runs away and targets the point at which Algorithm carried price to fetch the banks entries as their take profit, , while the banks are running away price, Algorithm then creates a future rentry , when the banks take their profit , Algorithm carries price into the level it created in the past while the banks were running away price , the banks renters in that level Algorithm carried price into (the level Algorithm created in the previous bank move ) .. don't just read and ignore .. think about this ...
