1 could algorithm want to engineer liquidity by taking out its initial low , triggered by the previous major factor to your left ...
2 could algorithm just blow this out and aim for the higher one , see that previous high as efficient liquidity to keep up the push to the upside ..

Two possible moves that could happen .. .1 should that poi sell gets broken , I would take that as a validation of the breaker block below ,which should serve as the bullish mitigation zone ... Then a rise to 40k is absolutely inevitable seeing that algorithm would want to run up the previous banks effect into the origin ..
2 should algorithm respect that poi sell, then price would break further downwards ..
