Now this same circle is still that same first reaction on the 4h , now u can clearly see that it's immediate reaction, broke the first minor structure signified with the black arrow ...
Now that's what the banks wants to see , after we have that , there is an immediate shift in the market environment ,prior to the market break, algorithm would always create a rentry, so after the minor break , the banks simply entered off the rentry algorithm created , signified by the red arrow
