Principle of double rejection area states that whenever u have two rejection levels close to each other, algorithm would either
1 break the first rejection area for the second one
Or
2 use the first rejection area to engineer liquidity for the second one , and after it has then done that , it comes for the second one and rejects from it , taking out all the liquidity engineered by the first rejection area.
