The Algorithm trader 🏌
Study , the marked sign signifies liquidity swept, the eyes sign signifies the leg that started the move for the liquidity swept, which price must take out inline with the market environment
Take a look at this , 🏌
My theory , if spotted in the right environment, is diamond ❤️

Order block , order block , order block.
Folks complain there are too plenty an ob in charts , to spot the right one is almost impossible,
Let me help u A little. Make sure u back test it ,
A valid ob that will reject price almost all the times are obs that
1 the expansion breaks structure
2 takes out liquidity before price runs aways ..
Go and have a nice weekend eating this 🏌

Well well , characteristics of obs are usually
1 there should be a running aways from the last negative candle
2 there should be an imbalance around the obs ,
3 there should be liquidity around it and all that ,
Yes yes you are not wrong too ,
But every female is attractive , but men go for ladies that is attractive to their eyes ,

In the eyes of the algorithm, this is very most attractive to its eye

That ob that broke the previous structure 🏌

And yes , there's more to ob that meet the eye
Yes this can also fail too , if u are doing the right thing at the wrong time ,
What invalidates a valid order block ?
You as a trader would have noticed plenty times , price wicked that ob before going my way ! , price broke that ob before going my way , bla bla bla ,
What makes this happens ?
A proverb my mom told me when I was young that became a principle in my life , she said ....
Michael , if u are doing the right thing at the wrong time , u are wrong , if u are doing the wrong thing at the right time, u are wrong ,
I applied this to the market and you see , u can be seeing the right thing , doing the right thing , but if u are doing it in the wrong environment, or doing it at the wrong area or time , u are wrong ,
U can see the best of setups , the best of rejection areas , every thing can align for u , but if u are doing it , or seeing it right in the wrong place , area or environment, u are wrong ,
So what happens to obs that we possibly see right , but we eventually fail at it ?
1 the wrong environment , if u are in a bearish environment, and u spot a bullish order block that matches all criteria in the world , that order block would possibly fail , or engineers then fail
2 principle of double rejection block., this states that when ever u spot two rejection areas , the job of the algorithm is to (a) break the first rejection area for the one lower , (b) use the first rejection area to engineer liquidity for the second one lower ,
So when u spot an ob in the right environment, always check out for principle of double rejection, because if there are two obs arranged , one higher the other lower , price can do (a) and (b) listed above
3 obs that are packed close to each other , algorithm would likely wick the first one lower to the second one ,
Enjoy your week playing round this 🏌

Number 2b , price use the first ob , engineered both Bayside liquidity and sell side liquidity for the one lower ,

2a , price tears thru the first ob for the one just lower before going higher,
Take note of the first one , it broke the previous structure right ? See how price tore thru it ?
