Summary , whenever we have two reaction levels , algorithm would either use the first to engineer liquidity for r the second, or the first breaks for the second ...

There's a huge cement truck, that trucks is subdivided to drivers side and the rest of the truck, the driver sides which smallest section is attached to the rest of the truck , a long truck, and that truck is on the express road , and the driver wants to change direction , who starts to change direction first ?
The drivers side which is the smallest section right ? Then all other section of the truck follow right ?
It's the same thing with this market, when a total directional change wants to occur, the smallest tf starts the move first down to the highest tf
