Practising a new motto. Do you like it?
I'm anticipating Sunday being a wash out (not suitable for outdoor exercise). 70% is too wet for safe exercise.
The weather forecast has changed, although it's going to be a little cold, it's perfectly good weather for outdoor exercise. I hope to see you there.

We have rain rain rain for West London over the next few days, which means Outdoor Pungra on Sunday is "most" likely not happening.
The weather might feel ok today, but between tonight and Sunday there's lots more rain forecasted. For this reason, no Outdoor Pungra this Sunday.

Friends, I was waiting to see if it would be better in time, but it will not. I have an infection in my ankle, caused by insects bites. It's too swollen for me to be able to exercise on Sunday. Why not meet anyway? Perhaps in Southall park instead? Who is interested in meeting socially, rather than for exercise?
