From Setbacks to Upgrades — Built Together with You

Over the past weeks, many of you raised real concerns — we hear you.

Pumpad was the first miniapp on Telegram to truly share real revenue with users.
Along the way, we’ve faced challenges — from early delays with manual rewards, too much complaints that pushed us to launch auto-withdrawals, TON wallet tracking, and withdrawal history.
All of this has been done with one goal: to make Pumpad more transparent, fair, and rewarding for real users.

🛡The Issue: Cheating, System Abuse & Your Trust
Recently, our reward system was affected by users exploiting ad tasks with unfair methods. This triggered the anti-sybil system — and a few real users were wrongly flagged.
We’ve worked with ad providers to review all submitted cases.

-Current status
✅ Some accounts have been restored. BOT notifications will be sent within 48 hours.
🚫 Others were confirmed to have violated task rules. These accounts remain restricted from withdrawals, but all other features (e.g. rocket upgrades, tasks, earn $PUMP) still work.
📝 New form submissions are being reviewed. Cleared users will be notified via BOT.

-What’s Next
1️⃣We've upgraded reward security with our ad providers — unfair methods no longer earn points.
(If your task fails due to network issues, just refresh and try again — normal usage is always fine.)

2️⃣Pumpad is returning to normal operations, with new rocket upgrades, ad tasks, and $PUMP earning.
