Crypto Update: A V-Shaped Recovery, but Is It Enough?

Crypto has formed a sharp V-shaped recovery after the recent sell-off. However, a fast rebound alone is not enough to confirm a bullish reversal.

If this reaction had occurred at a strong support zone, the buy setup would have been more convincing. In the current conditions, the move looks less reliable, and the market still appears indecisive.

On the M15 timeframe, our short-term outlook remains bearish. We are watching whether price can continue lower rather than assuming that the recent rebound marks the end of the correction.

At the same time, the daily chart is approaching an important area where the risk of a buy setup could become more attractive again. If price reaches that zone and shows a convincing reaction, we will reassess the bullish opportunity.

For now, we are not rushing into a position. The V-shaped move is worth watching, but confirmation and location matter more than the speed of the rebound.

The plan: Maintain a cautious short-term bearish view, monitor the daily support area, and reconsider buy risk only if price action justifies it.
