This was test for everyone since new vendor got more 69 Bugs
If this smooth enough will continue S_Vendor as a base
If laggy will revert back to R_Vendor, So gib feedback in comment!

- non root magisk removed
- comes with stock miui kernel
- restore missing system apps
- fixed sb & cc padding issue
- fixed some toggle not responding
- fixed storage mount delay issue
- fixed fingerprint & face unlock
- fixed meizu account & clouds backup
- fixed aicy engine not responding in some cases
- fixed c2 codecs died in some apps
- lot of fixes that i cant remember so check yourself!
