(ሚያዝያ 04/2018)፣ የኢፌዴሪ የመንግስት ግዥና ንብረት ባለስልጣን አመራር በአቃቂ ቃሊቲ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 06 የተስፋ ብርሃን ምገባ ማዕከል በመገኘት ከ200 በላይ ለሚሆኑ ለአቅመ ደካማ የማሕበረሰብ ክፍሎች ማዕድ በማጋራት የትንሳኤን በዓልን በጋራ አክብረዋል።
በምገባ መርሃግብሩ ላይ በመገኘት የእንኳን አደረሳችሁ መልዕክት ያስተላለፉት የባለስልጣኑ ዋና ዳይሬክተር ክብርት ወ/ሮ መሰረት መስቀሌ እንደገለጹት በዓሉን ስናከብር የሀገር ባለውለታ የሆኑ አረጋውያንና አቅመ ደካሞችን በማሰብ መሆን እንዳለበት ገልጸው በተለይም እንዲህ አይነት ቦታዎች ላይ በመገኘት ፍቅርንና አንድነትን ማጋራት ያስፈልጋል ብለዋል።
ክብርት ወ/ሮ መሰረት አያይዘውም የትንሳኤ በዓል ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ለሰው ልጆች ያለውን ጥልቅ ፍቅር ያሳየበት እንደመሆኑ ዕለቱን ተደጋግፎና ተረዳድቶ በማሳለፍ የክርስቶስን ዓላማ ማሳየት እንደሚገባ ያስገነዘቡ ሲሆን እንዲህ አይነት ሰው ተኮር ተግባራት ወደፊትም ተጠናክረው የሚቀጥሉ እንደሚሆኑ ገልጸዋል።

(ሚያዝያ 25/2018 ዓ/ም)፣ የኢፌዴሪ የመንግስት ግዥና ንብረት ባለስልጣን የግዥና ንብረት ስርዓቱን አዘምኖ የመንግስት ገንዘብ ተገቢውን ዋጋ እንዲያገኝ ለማስቻል ከሚተገብራቸው ዲጂታል ተገባራት አንዱ የመንግስት ኤሌክትሮኒክ ግዥ ስርዓት (e-GP System) ሲሆን ስርዓቱን በሁሉም የፌዴራል መስሪያ ቤቶች ከማስተግበር ባሻገር ክልሎችና ከተማ መስተዳድሮች እንዲተገብሩት ለማስቻል ውይይት እያደረገ፣ ስልጠና እየሰጠና የክልልና የከተማ መስተዳደሮች የግዥና ንብረት ህጎች ከፌዴራሉ የግዥና ንብረት ህጎች ጋር እንዲጣጣሙ እገዛ እያደረገ ይገኛል፡፡
በዚህም ባለስልጣኑ በዛሬ እለት ከሀረሪ ክልል ከፍተኛ አመራሮች ጋር ስርዓቱን መተግበር በሚቻልበት ሁኔታ ላይ ውይይት አድርጓል፡፡
የውይይት መነሻ ጽሁፍ ያቀረቡት የፌደራል የመንግስት ግዥና ንብረት ባለስልጣን ዋና ዳይሬክተር ክብርት ወ/ሮ መሰረት መስቀሌ ሲሆኑ ኤሌክትሮኒክስ የመንግሥት ግዥ ስርዓት የግዥ ሂደቱን ሙሉ በሙሉ ዲጂታል ያደረገ በመሆኑ ተወዳዳሪን የሚጨምር፣ አሳታፊ፣ ከገጽ ለገጽ ግንኙነት የጸዳ በመሆኑ ብልሹ አሰራሮችን የሚቀንስ፣ ወጪ ቆጣቢ ብሎም የህግ መከበርን የሚያረጋግጥ ስርዓት ነው ብለዋል፡፡

በውይይቱ ላይ የተገኙት የክልሉ ርዕሰ መስተዳድር አቶ ኦርዲን በድሪ በበኩላቸው የመንግስት የኤሌክትሮኒክስ የግዢ ሥርዓት ሙስናና ብልሹ አሰራርን በመቅረፍና ቀልጣፋ የግዢ ስርዓት በማስፈን ረገድ ጉልህ ፋይዳ አለው ያሉ ሲሆን ስርዓቱ በክልሉ በአግባቡ ተግባራዊ እንዲሆን ይሰራል ብለዋል።
በውይይት መድረኩ ላይ የክልሉ የአስፈጻሚ፣ የሕግ አውጪ እና የተቆጣጣሪ ተቋማት አመራሮች ተሳትፈዋል።

በዚህም ባለስልጣኑ በዛሬ እለት ከሀረሪ ክልል ከፍተኛ አመራሮች ጋር ስርዓቱን መተግበር በሚቻልበት ሁኔታ ላይ ውይይት አድርጓል፡፡

Validation workshop is hold on sustainable public procurement implementation manual

(May 18/2016- Addis Ababa)- The Federal Government Procurement and Property Authority is working towards its vision of becoming a Prominent procurement and Property management institution in Africa by updating its operating system and implementing various operational activities to achieve this vision. In line with this, the Authority is also actively implementing the reform of government service delivery. One of the operational systems implemented by the Authority is the preparation of a procurement manual, and a validation workshop is being held with stakeholders on this manual to strengthening the support of increase the fiscal transparency, accountability, efficiency and sustainability which collaborated by World Bank Groups.
In the workshop who make the opening remark H.E. Meseret Meskele mentioned that the validation workshop is not simply a procedural revision rather it is a strategic commitment a of the Government of Ethiopia which is serious about sustainable development, environmental stewardship, and green development. H.E. explained Public procurement accounts for over 60% of our annual federal budget. So, the resource should shape and used wisely to achieve what the country needs. Taking this task, the authority plays a great role in contributing basic responsibilities for green economy. Especially, the Sustainable Public Procurement Implementation Manual changes that equation. It moves us towards life-cycle costing, climate responsiveness and sustainability as core principles of every procurement decision we make.
On the other hand mentioned that public procurement is not just administrative functions; it’s a strategic lever for delivering national development goals. Hence, sustainable procurement is essential for delivering value for money, driving green development and inclusion of social responsibilities.
It is worth noting that the Authority has previously conducted a validation workshop on legality audit manual, and the day’s workshop is going on till the end of the day.
