The reward allocation is confirmed on chain: a transaction moved roughly 5,000,000,000 PTC into PTCReserveVault — the contract that pays every vPTC redemption. Vault balance is now 4,999,110,884 PTC, essentially half of the total 10,000,000,000 PTC supply.
Since 14 September the vault has been owned by a 48-hour timelock, controlled by a 3-of-3 multisig — so this allocation sits somewhere no single signer can move alone.
