Introducing our latest coffee digestif!

For this Single Origin Coffee Digestif Dino's Roastery selected a combination of Lempira and IHCAFE90 beans from la Botijas in the Comayagua region of Honduras. This is the one of the lightest coffee digestifs we have made, which we attribute to the freshness of the roast and cool ambient temperatures during the making. The beans have bright tropical fruit flavours, and the pineapple notes really shine through in the digestif.

This Single Origin Coffee Digestif is enjoyed in many ways. Our favourite serves are poured neat over ice, or poured over ice-cream as an affogato.
