You will receive a new proxy username and password for V2 different from the ones you’ve used so far.

Seamless Bandwidth Conversion:
Our new Convert Bandwidth Menu lets you easily move GBs between the Public, Private, and V2.0 Pools—giving you the freedom to choose the best fit for your needs.

New GBs Go to V2.0:
Starting March 24th, any new GBs purchased will automatically be credited to your V2.0 balance. Prefer the old pools? No worries—you can convert bandwidth at any time.

Real-Time Usage Data

You can see the amount of used data today right on the V2 page, as well as for the last 30 days.

Just a quick reminder: Starting Today March 24th, all new subscription & top up payments for bandwidth are now added to your new V2.0 Proxy Pool Balance.

If you’d still like to use the old pools, please remember to convert your bandwidth using our Convert Bandwidth menu.

Quick Update on V2 Residential and Mobile Proxies.
We've listened to your feedback and we've implemented several improvements to how sticky sessions are handled.
Our tests indicate roughly 30% longer sticky session duration, and at least 50% of all sessions lasting over 25 minutes according to our internal testing.

If you are still using V1, we recommend giving V2 a try again so you can experience more stable connections, longer sticky sessions and more IPs.

Another quick update on V2 - We've increased the IP Pool size per country by roughly 60% to 100% compared to V1.
We recommend migrating your usage to the V2 pool if you are still using V1.

Our V1 Proxy Manager is currently experiencing issues.
We are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.
Our V2 Proxy Manager is operating normally, feel free to give it a try and message our support for some free bandwidth :)
