We’ve upgraded our infrastructure for Rotating Residential and Rotating Mobile proxies to deliver faster and more stable connections.

✅ Our Credentials Generator is already updated with the new IP hostnames.
⚠️ If you are still connecting directly via old IP hostnames, please switch to the new ones within the next 2 weeks.

- Added notifications when your proxy reaches its concurrency limit, so you know when too many active connections are being used.

- When available, IP whitelists can now be used with our rotating residential credentials generator.

- Improved how proxy replacements are handled when a provider changes a proxy.

- Added custom metadata support for purchased proxies, making it easier for resellers and API users to attach internal IDs to orders.

- Improved order and webhook handling for a smoother API experience.

- Continued stability work to help reduce slowdowns and errors.

• Made sure refunds can still be processed when an upstream provider is temporarily unavailable.

• Improved bulk proxy extensions by preventing attribution tracking from slowing down consecutive requests.

• Fixed OAuth login failures caused by referral code collisions.

• Sorted referral bonus transactions by date, making transaction history easier to follow.

• Improved the recovery of interrupted background jobs so they can be retried instead of disappearing.

• Temporarily disabled credential generation for an unavailable connection option to prevent repeated failed requests.
