Crocker Communications New provider for Static Residential IPs is available!
We are very sorry for all the inconvenience caused by the AT&T related proxy issues. This situation is a fault of our ISP which couldn't fix the problems, therefor they has pulled AT&T subnets and will provide new ones. For your inconveniences we offer a refund of the remaining and lost time to your account balance until new subnets will be ready.
Comcast and RCN will be available soon. We offer compensation of the lost time once it starts working again or a refund for the remaining time and lost time back to your account balance (Including if the proxies expired in that period of time).
Please follow the main page there will be an announcement when you can ask for refunds/compensations and we will issue it, once again sorry for the inconvenience we were not informed by any of it and we are working on a permanent solution so anything like that wouldn't happen again.

We finally managed to get a hold of a manager over at AT&T to find out what is going on with the circuit there. It appears there is a hardware failure at the interface.
I see the AT&T backbone Router Interface is down, but the static routes for all prefixes are in place.
Since the Router Interface is down due to circuit issue, the prefixes are not announced.
I suppose this is good news in regard to AT&T ranges are still in play and possibly available once they have gotten this fixed. We hopefully will hear more over the next 24 hours. We know there are a lot of clients who want AT&T still. For those interested, please let us know.

Information regarding price change on Static Residential Proxies from June 1st. The new price will be $3.49/mo per IP.

First of all, we would like to clarify everything regarding the price change for Static Residential IPs. To keep up with demand and provide clean subnets that would work with your favorite apps, sneaker and other resources we have to change the price accordingly.
As you well know IP resource is not unlimited and every day it is getting harder to get premium clean IPs. We kept the price as low as possible for 2 years in a row, but it is not possible anymore. To continue to expand and provide the high standard quality we are changing our price for Static Residential Proxies with unlimited bandwidth from $2.99/mo per IP to $3.49/mo per IP starting from June 1st, 2022. You can extend your current IPs for the same price until June 1st, 2022.
The price change will help us leverage various ISPs and will let us get in contact with European providers.
For more exciting news we did add a new ISP in the US it is "More Broadband LLC" we are looking to add additional ISPs from the United States in the coming days and from there finally move to Europe.
To answer the questions on the different types of residential, they all work the same. Ultimately they all show up as a RESI ASN, and the only real difference comes down to longevity if you abuse them. Which is something YOU control. The IPs will be clean regardless same as always.
Regarding upcoming updates on the dashboard, we are currently working on bulk proxy extend and auto-renew IP functions. In the near future, there will be a working API.
