Lumen Static Residential IPs switching to Windstream ISP this week. Due to high demand, all pending AT&T orders will be fulfilled in 48 hours. We are still waiting when Windstream will plug us into the network.
The LUMEN mess forced all staff to help get those effected clients back up and running as soon as possible, taking them away from other responsibilities in the short term. Luckily issues like that have rarely happened, and we are taking steps to prevent such a massive outage like that in the future spreading risk across many more ISP's and limiting the amount of IP's per ISP. Moving hundreds of thousands of IPs in a 3-4 weeks window is an impossible task, and unfortunately when it comes to ISPs, that is simply how they roll. That said, we are looking to get the backlogs cleaned up.

AT&T just pulled off subnet 72.22.40.0/22 without any explanation or warning, if you are using this subnet, we are moving your IP to another subnet, please talk to Live Chat Agent.

We are very sorry for all the inconvenience caused by the AT&T related proxy issues. This situation is a fault of our ISP which couldn't fix the problems, therefor they has pulled AT&T subnets and will provide new ones. For your inconveniences we offer a refund of the remaining and lost time to your account balance until new subnets will be ready.
Comcast and RCN will be available soon. We offer compensation of the lost time once it starts working again or a refund for the remaining time and lost time back to your account balance (Including if the proxies expired in that period of time).
Please follow the main page there will be an announcement when you can ask for refunds/compensations and we will issue it, once again sorry for the inconvenience we were not informed by any of it and we are working on a permanent solution so anything like that wouldn't happen again.
