We are almost out of stock of Static Residential IPs, but we are waiting on getting new sub-nets for AT&T & Lumen, also in September we will introduce more European countries for static IPs.
Static Residential IPs currently are out of stock, all pending orders will be filled within 24 hours.
Additional Lumen sub-nets will be added this week, later next week we are waiting on AT&T sub-nets.
We did face some outage during nigh-time with AT&T, that is already fixed. Additional AT&T subnets will be in 1-2 weeks period, we are waiting for GEO DBs to update.

To clarify the situation on Lumen IPs, on September 30th, 5 p.m. EST all Lumen ranges were shut down as Lumen discontinue working with all IP providers. We did our best to move our ranges to a different ISP in a given time, but unfortunately it was not enough time to move such a large block of IPs.
Following solutions for you:
1. You can wait till a new ISP will be announced and your IPs will continue to work, from our side we will refund your waiting time with additional days for your IPs.
2. We are getting today additional AT&T clean IPs, you can contact Live Chat support and ask to move your IPs from Lumen to AT&T.
3. We will fully refund your order, please contact Live Chat support for that.

Lumen Static Residential IPs switching to Windstream ISP this week. Due to high demand, all pending AT&T orders will be fulfilled in 48 hours. We are still waiting when Windstream will plug us into the network.
The LUMEN mess forced all staff to help get those effected clients back up and running as soon as possible, taking them away from other responsibilities in the short term. Luckily issues like that have rarely happened, and we are taking steps to prevent such a massive outage like that in the future spreading risk across many more ISP's and limiting the amount of IP's per ISP. Moving hundreds of thousands of IPs in a 3-4 weeks window is an impossible task, and unfortunately when it comes to ISPs, that is simply how they roll. That said, we are looking to get the backlogs cleaned up.
