If you are a Protestant and look at the veneration given to the Theotokos and think that it is in anyway comparable to the adoration owed to God alone; then your concern should be over a deficiency of worship on your part towards God, not an excess of veneration on our part towards the Blessed Virgin. We give hyperdulia to the Virgin Mary, dulia to the saints, and latria to God alone. Big difference you bunch of Heretics. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is the highest form of worship. You really can't claim to give God His due without it.
