In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
Dear Lord, we thank You and praise You for the gift of family life. We ask You to bless all families and to especially assist all families who are suffering because of brokenness.
You always intended for family life to be a gift for us. You wish it to reflect the love between the Persons of the Holy Trinity. When families become broken, many people suffer. Your grace can help all families to become places of security, love, and holiness.
Please pour out Your grace on all broken families, and we particularly ask You today that all families may be full of holiness, love between family members, and security!
Help us to seek Your assistance throughout all of our daily trials and sufferings. Help us to rely on You more fully in all of our needs.
And I especially ask in this novena (mention your intentions here).
Lord, hear our prayers!

After Lent is finished, or on non-fast days, I advise that you drink raw milk.
It is incredibly good for the body and provides all sorts of cures from the gut, to the skin! (For instance, those who suffer from diabetes or acne.)

Additionally, those going for a more stricter fast should consider the Glycemic Index. Very basic, goes over foods on which cause the least (0) to the most (100) disruptions in the body. Do note, although some foods are considered low in GI, they may not be safe to eat. A good example is soy products, oat "milk", plant based "milk", and so on.

A short Lenten meditation and reflection of Saint Mary Magdalene. Despite her past sins, she had became a close friend of Jesus and one of the most holy, most penitent Saints known to man. God's forgiveness is beyond our sins, our trespasses, and our multitudes of imperfection. To be penitent, to truly be sorrowful for your sins, is nothing to be ashamed of. To continue sinning however, despite God's infinite mercy and patience, is diabolical.
Let this Lenten Season be a season of harvest; to pick the sweet fruits of virtues, and to empty the trough of impurity.

On relating to the errors of Protestantism β
While this channel is mainly just jokes and giggles, it does highlight a rather serious reality that many Catholics are guilty from deflecting from. Either it's because they have Protestant friends, Protestant family members, or they had converted from the religion onto Catholicism; it is an undeniable reality that those outside the Church do not attain Salvation. The Catholic Faith is the only means on which one may be saved, no matter how good of a life lived, no matter how virtuous, how 'faithful' it might've appeared to the naked eye, to reject Catholicism is to reject Christ.
On the contrary, those who are Catholics and either neglect the graces given to them by God, or neglect the prayers, teachings, revelations and warnings, specifically given to them for an increase of virtue and an increase of the spiritual life, and instead relied on their own prudence, built themselves up in spiritual and temporal pride, turning sacred things into a joke (which this channel EXCLUSIVELY works to avoid), etcetera, you are just as guilty as the Protestants, except, when you are called to judgement, you will be more guilty, since you had known, and they had not.
Despite all of this, God is merciful. Implore His help and His consolation while you still can. Who says He will grant you another day, or even another hour?
