Heidelberg Catechism, Question 74:
Are infants also to be baptized?
Yes, for since they, as well as the adult, are included in the covenant and church of God; and since redemption from sin by the blood of Christ, and the Holy Ghost, the author of faith, is promised to them no less than to the adult; they must therefore by baptism, as a sign of the covenant, be also admitted into the Christian church, and be distinguished from the children of unbelievers as was done in the old covenant or testament by circumcision, instead of which baptism is instituted in the new covenant.

The reason Reformed theology pairs so well with paedobaptism, postmillenialism, and theonomy is because they all flow from the same conceptual fountainhead, which is that God is God, and we are not.
God saves, and we do not.
God makes the covenant, and we do not.
God writes history, and we do not.
God establishes law, and we do not.

The principal reason conservatives lose their churches and institutions is not because they have inadequate knowledge or lack true belief in their cause.
It's because they fight like girls.
It's because they fight like girls.

Those who question theonomy today tend to forget that throughout most of Christian history, some type of theonomy has been the norm. Over the coming weeks, I'll be doing lots of theonomyposting because pretending as though the Law of God is void is super gay, cringe, and downright unAmerican. Stay tuned.

This is unfortunate news, but let's pray that God turns it to good by showing more Romanists their human institution is corrupt beyond repair; it requires reformation.

"Antisemitism" as it is used in common parlance is a complete misnomer. Jews are not the only descendants of Shem. It makes no more sense than using "antijaphethism" to describe my hatred of my fellow Irishmen.

I generally like Doug Wilson, but he's not great on contemporary race issues. This is because a) he has always lived in insular, conservative, 95%+ white areas and doesn't have a clue what it's like for the average Texan, Floridian, or Californian, say, and b) from my understanding his daughter-in-law is an Israeli Jew.

โGrace does not destroy natural affection, and our basic experience with regard to people and place reflects the way God created us.โ
โthe natural inclination to dwell among similar people is good and necessary. Grace does not destroy or โcritiqueโ it. Choosing similar people over dissimilar people is not a result of fallenness, but is natural to man as man. Why? Because we are drawn by deep instinct to our good. Indeed, one ought to prefer and to love more those who are more similar to him, and much good would result in the world if we all preferred our own and minded our own business. Furthermore, since shared culture is necessary for living well, nations have a right of exclusion in the interest of cultural preservation.โ

โ๏ธ๐ช Saint Boniface, took an axe to the Oak of Thor.
To prove to the Germanic people that the Christian God is the one true God.
In the minds of the Germanic people, Thor was to smite anyone that dares to break even a limb off this tree.
The falling of Thor's Oak tree convinced many Germanic people into Christianity.
As well as the Lord God being more powerful than their pagan gods.
We must be like Saint Boniface. We must chop down our own idols.
So we can serve the one true God to the fullest.
Now is also the time to take the "axe" to the current pagan culture.
Too long have God's people stood by and let antichrists take control.
To win the culture war takes effort, consistency, and adherence to God's word.
It's time to stand up and show this current age that Jesus is Lord.

To those who think America needs to stand with Israel or that the Jews are currently God's chosen people:
Paul calls Gentile Galatians "the Israel of God" (Gal. 6:15-16). He notes that not all Israel are Israel (Romans 9:6-8) and says that being a Jew is not a matter of bloodline or nationality but of faith.
I am a truer Jew than any of Abraham's physical descendants who reject Christ. Jesus scoffed at those who placed a premium on their Jewish heritage saying, "God is able from these stones to raise up children for Abraham," (Matt. 3:9).
Indeed, that's very much what he's done with most of us-- raise a valley of dead Gentile bones into the true covenant Israel.

A myth that never seems to fade away: the idea that the Council of Nicaea, convened in 325 AD under the authority of Roman Emperor Constantine, played a pivotal role in establishing the Biblical canon.
This notion suggests a conspiracy and power play orchestrated by a select group of elite bishops; a narrative popularised by works like Dan Brownโs Da Vinci Code. However, a closer examination reveals a lack of historical basis for this claim.

The means by which the early church transformed pagan Rome into a Christian empire were twofold:
1) Christians were absolutely willing to suffer and die for the proposition that Jesus is Lord.
2) Christianity disproportionately was a religion of the upper class, and they leveraged their political power on behalf of the church.
We should apply both principles to our age. The first should not be seen as weak, and the second should not be seen as underhanded. They are both legitimate tactics seen throughout the Old and New Testaments.
