Propositions on Race & Ethnicity:

1) One has a duty to love and sacrifice for his ethnos, his genetic relations, above others. The more closely related to him, the greater his responsibility.

2) "Nations" are primarily conceived of in Scripture not as political groups but as groups who share a common ethnic heritage. One should love and take pride in his fatherland.

3) Interracial marriage is not necessarily a sin as demonstrated by rare instances such as Moses marrying an Ethiopian woman or Boaz marrying Ruth the Moabite. While acceptable in select circumstances...

4) The good and normative creational pattern is for people to marry within their own ethnos. This helps to create strong, high-trust societies as seen by Abraham seeking a woman from his homeland for Isaac to marry.

5) National and genetic distinctions were created by God and should be respected. Any attempt to remove them is wrong, though of course we can love and have fellowship with other Christians no matter their nation or race.

Whatever label you may prefer to apply to this position, this is the correct and biblical position.

The two biggest takeaways from the Thomas Achord debacle are:

1) Unless you have F.U. money/resources, do not post personal details which could lead to a doxxing.

2) When the left (or "conservatives" attacking from the left) come for you, do not apologize; do not back down.

Not only is it a sign of weakness which will provoke further attack, worse still, you've betrayed your own principles and any allies who have gone to bat for you.

Daycare outcomes:

On non-cognitive measures, the analysts find persistent, negative effects. At ages five through nine, children exposed to the childcare program exhibited more aggression, anxiety, and hyperactivity and they were less likely to get along with their teacher...

As for health and criminal activity outcomes at ages twelve to twenty, the study uncovers negative results. In surveys, those exposed to the Quebec program reported worse physical health and life satisfaction, and an analysis of national crime data concludes that the program led to higher rates of criminal activity (both accusations and convictions).

Beza appropriately titles Sunday, "the first day of the new world." If one reads John 20, the parallels with Genesis are strong. The day begins in darkness, the second Adam was working in a garden, and this time, when God walks through the garden, he finds His creation seeking him, not hiding from him. The re-creation of the world began on Sunday with Christ's resurrection. Entering into this new creation is the rest we get a foretaste of on the Sabbath. Hodge provides ample argumentation if you're still unconvinced.

The Day Changed and the Sabbath Preserved

โ€œThe object of this tract is simply to state the grounds upon which the faith of the universal Church rests when, while recognizing the fourth commandment as an integral part of the supreme, universal and unalterable moral law, she affirms that the first day of the week has for this purpose, and for obvious reasons, been substituted for the seventh by the authority of the inspired apostles, and therefore of Christ himself.โ€

โ€œBelievers have found to be true Paul's saying that "all the promises of God find their yea and amen in Christ" [II Cor. 1: 20 p.], for these promises had been sealed in their hearts. [Cf. II Cor. 1:22.] Nevertheless, because he has in his flesh accomplished the whole of our salvation, this living manifestation of realities has justly won a new and singular commendation. From this derives Christ's saying: "Afterward you will see heaven opened, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man" [John 1:51 p.]. Although he seems here to allude to the ladder shown in a vision to the patriarch Jacob [Gen. 28:12], how excellent his advent is he has marked through opening by it the gate of heaven, that each one of us may enter there.โ€

Observations from Hebrews: Jesus is...

...the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power (1:3).

...he, for whom and by whom all things exist (2:10).

...the apostle and high priest of our confession (3:1).

...faithful over God's house as a son (3:6).

...a great high priest who has passed through the heavens (4:14).

...a priest forever, after the order of Melchizedek (5:6).

...the guarantor of a better covenant (7:22).

...able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them (7:25).

...the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance, since a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant (9:15).

...the founder and perfecter of our faith (12:2).

...the same yesterday and today, and forever (13:8).

"In truth, as you have often been admonished, it is good to set aside one day out of the year in which we are reminded of all the good that has occurred because of Christโ€™s birth in the world, and in which we hear the story of his birth retold, which will be done Sunday."
