Keep pushing. Hold the line. Don't give in. At the very least, it buys you time. But it may just prove successful in preventing this evil.

*And confessional Presbyterians. Westminster Larger Catechism Q161:
How do the sacraments become effectual means of salvation?
The sacraments become effectual means of salvation, not by any power in themselves, or any virtue derived from the piety or intention of him by whom they are administered; but only by the working of the Holy Ghost, and the blessing of Christ by whom they are instituted.

The controversy over infant baptism is more to do with reading modern notions of autonomy into the New Testament. There is a presupposition that a person must make the choice himself without any 'coersion' by others.
But think for a moment. You didn't choose or consciously will to exist. Others appointed that for you. You don't choose who your parents are. God appointed that for you irrespective of your free will.
You don't even choose your name. Your parents gave it to you. Even the information you receive as you grow up is not something you can choose with complete 💯 control.
In the NT, salvation is always by a Grace that precedes and is given without consideration of anything. To therefore say that infants cannot be Baptized is to in my eyes at least, especially given the efficacy of the Sacraments, to be saying God actually takes something in the person into account when He wants to save him. In this case being his age and free will to believe.

When it comes to Christians’ view of money and material blessings, two errors predominate. On the one hand, there are the prosperity gospel charlatans. On the other hand, there is a modern strain of asceticism running through evangelicalism which views money as a bad thing. Today, I would like to refute it and contrast it with the biblical doctrine of material blessing. https://protestantpost.substack.com/p/developing-a-biblical-view-of-wealth

We have ECO, the EPC, and the PCA. Why do we need one more vaguely Reformed denomination?
The problem with nearly all conservative splits is they expect to roll back the clock to ten minutes before the liberals induced the split, then expect to carry on from there.

"When the ordinary thought of a highly cultivated people begins to regard "having children" as a question of pros and cons, the great turning-point has come. For Nature knows nothing of pro and con. Everywhere, wherever life is actual, reigns an inward organic logic, an "it," a drive, that is utterly independent of waking-being, with it's causal linkages, and indeed not even observed by it. The abundant proliferation of primitive peoples is a natural phenomenon, which is not even thought about, still less judged as to it's utility or the reverse. When reasons have to be put forward at all in a question of life, life itself has become questionable."
