within velvet decay, every username rests within a carefully curated archive before finding its next keeper.

1. all usernames are categorized by status: available / booked / claimed.
2. booking a username requires a 30% down payment of the total price.
3. cancelling a booking will result in a 100% forfeiture of the down payment.
4. prices are final unless announced otherwise within the archive.
5. all transactions are handled directly through private message with the curator, @dolcev.
6. copying or replicating any part of this archive's content is strictly prohibited and will result in a 200,000 IDR penalty.
7. respect the archive. everything within it is curated, never randomly placed.
