Unlike SI, CGS does not have a separate unit for charge. Instead it has the statcoulomb, a derived unit equal to 1 sqrt(g cm^3)/s. To add to the cursedness, it's not dimensionally consistent with the coulomb. The conversion factor depends on the context of the quantity it's measuring.

Another great unit for power can be found on energy efficiency labels for light bulbs here in the EU. It's specified in kWh/1000h :D

After growing up learning mostly SI units for stuff, when I was informed that in America they measure water capacity (of reservoirs, etc) in acre feet... I was confused and appalled.

Depending on your perspective, I deal in the least cursed or most cursed units. In my thesis, the constants of c, hbar, and k_B are defined to be 1. That means mass and temperature (actually MeV) are in GeV, time and space are GeV^-1, and pressure (energy/volume) is GeV^4.
