chronology:
i. at 22.30 a.m. (WITA) i wanted to use @Pvuwin for my username. So i decided to remove it from public channel to private channel. I waited for around 5-10 minutes before I use it cuz it still ERROR/LIMIT.
ii. I tried once more, but it showed an error. I gave up and decided to try again a few minutes later. 22.40 a.m. when i checked back, the username had already been kept by other.
