another variant, i made it in vector format, which is higher quality than the png one, it also includes monet theming, but as you know monet one requires a bit more time to change the color

the splash screen is also high-res now

Apparently setting a vector drawable into splashscreen icon will cause low resolution icon, setting splashscreen icon through animated-vector drawable

sets it in high-res

Overall performance boost, updated emptystate logic, and transitions, anims shouldn't be broken now
